Thank you for shopping with VishuShqip. We proudly ship all of our orders through Posta e Kosovës and strive to ensure your package arrives safely and in a timely manner.


1. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Posta e Kosovës, the national postal service of Kosovo. We do not offer express or expedited shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and handed over to Posta e Kosovës. Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be added to your order and sent to you via email. You can track your order using the official Posta e Kosovës tracking portal:

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by destination and customs processing in your country. On average, international delivery may take between 3-4 weeks after the package is shipped. However, these are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Important: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon arrival in their country. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost paid at checkout.

If a package is refused due to customs charges, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If the package is returned to us and arrives in its original condition, only the product cost will be refunded, minus all shipping-related costs. If the package is not returned or is returned damaged, no refund will be issued.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or shows no movement on the tracking page after a reasonable time, please contact us at vishushqip@gmail.com. While we are not responsible for third-party carrier delays, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
