At VishuShqip, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help within the terms below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale
• Products returned without prior contact

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at vishushqip@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

We do not refund:

• Shipping fees
• Customs duties or import taxes
• Returned items not in original condition or damaged due to customer mishandling

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

• Check your bank or payment method again
• Contact your bank or credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at vishushqip@gmail.com

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.

6. Refused Deliveries & Customs Fees

Please note: If a package is refused by the customer due to customs duties or import fees:

• Shipping fees will not be refunded.
• If the package is returned to us and received in its original condition, we will refund the product price only, minus all shipping costs.
• If the package is not returned or is returned damaged, no refund will be issued.
